Astley’s Plumbing and Hardware are seeking a highly organised Administration Assistant to deliver administrative support to our team.
Key responsibilities:
Invoicing and reconciliation
Answering calls and following up clients
Look after bookings for jobs and assist in managing the team workload
Action emails
Follow up on quotations
Utilise tools to schedule work
Excel experience
Running errands
Provide consistent and high-quality customer service
Assist in streamlining process and procedure
Provide general administration support to the joinery, installation and showroom teams
Adhere to company policy and procedures
Effective and clear communication with other team members within Astleys and beyond
